Several events in my life over the past year have kept my attention away from writing. I am now working to capture myself and return my focus to writing. With that being said, I plan to post once a week. Every Monday, for now, and setting 8:00 PM – 9:00 PM every night to write a minimum of 250 words. I know this is amateur. But, it is necessary as I start to redevelop a consistent schedule. I still have 12 weeks of college left before graduating. My new position at work is finally starting to calm down and become more routine, in a chaos management sort of way. It is time I wait no longer. I begin taking back my time and devoting it towards my passion—one day at a time.

How do you Sleep?
I have a rather interesting sleep schedule. Though I do not feel that it is to abnormal but I do know that is is not the norm. I am a Biphasic sleeper. Also referred to as Segmented Sleep. This is were you sleep for a few hours and than wake up for a few hours, before again sleeping for a couple more hours. If you didn’t know, there are multiple types of sleep schedules that people have. The most common is Monophasic Sleep, this is essentially were you sleep once per day, seven to nine hours per night. What is your unique sleep pattern? Tell me about it in the comments.
Glass Tiled Ceiling
I was exploring an old buildings basement. Snapped a picture that I wanted to share.

This is a glass tiled ceiling and patrons walk on stepping off the sidewalk.
